Terms of Service

Effective date: June 29, 2026

1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of LedgerPilot Cloud, a cloud-based bookkeeping, receipt, bank statement, reporting, storage, and business workflow assistant operated by GOS Enterprises LLC.

2. No tax, legal, or financial advice

LedgerPilot Cloud helps organize business records and generate reports from information you provide. It does not provide tax, legal, accounting, investment, banking, or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing all records and consulting a qualified professional before filing taxes, making financial decisions, or relying on reports.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service only for lawful business purposes.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans, add-ons, and custom work may be billed through Stripe or another payment provider. Prices, plan features, renewal terms, and storage limits are shown during checkout or inside the billing area. You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method for paid services.

5. Customer records and uploaded files

You retain ownership of the business records, receipts, invoices, bank statement data, files, and other content you upload. You grant LedgerPilot Cloud permission to process that information only as needed to provide the service, including storage, extraction, matching, reporting, export, and support.

6. Third-party services

The service may connect to third-party tools such as Stripe, Supabase, Google Drive, Dropbox, Resend, and LedgerPilot-selected AI providers. Your use of connected third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

7. AI processing

Standard AI receipt scanning uses a LedgerPilot-managed provider and server-side credentials. When you run AI analysis, selected record text, images, or files may be sent to that provider so the service can extract or organize information. AI results can be incorrect and must be reviewed. Specifically entitled accounts may be offered optional custom-provider access under separate settings and responsibilities.

8. Custom requests and custom modules

Custom requests do not automatically begin paid work. Custom work must be reviewed, scoped, quoted, approved, and paid separately unless otherwise agreed. Custom modules may be enabled only for specific accounts.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious files, interfere with the platform, violate laws, or use the service to process content you do not have permission to use.

10. Availability and changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GOS Enterprises LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
